Process

1. The program will be open for applications starting on April 24, 2025
2. When the submission period opens, you will be able to complete the application online through our application portal.
3. Applications will be available in English, French and Spanish
4. Print versions of the application forms can be obtained from your regional HR Partner.
5. Application deadline is May 19, 2025, by 11:59 p.m. EST
6. Applications will be collected and processed by Corporate People Resources
7. Applications will be evaluated by the Scholarship Evaluation Team with final confirmation of approvals by the Executive Committee
8. The application evaluation process will run between May 22 and June 5, 2025
9. Successful applicants will be initially notified in July. Applicants not selected will also be notified in July
10. Successful applicants will be required to submit a letter of acceptance from the institution that they will be attending in advance of receiving the funds
11. Once the acceptance letter has been received and confirmed, award cheques will be generated for each scholarship winner by Corporate People Resources
12. The award cheques will be distributed to the regional leaders for presentation in July
